Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Commitment

All memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment beginning on the date of enrollment. Memberships are designed to maintain a consistent grooming schedule and ensure availability for members.

Billing

Memberships are billed automatically each month on the same date as enrollment unless otherwise arranged. Clients may also choose to prepay their membership in full and receive a 15% discount.

Included Services

Membership services must be used within the month they are provided. Unused services do not roll over to the following month.

Scheduling

Members receive priority scheduling over non-members. Appointments are still required for all services and availability may vary during peak seasons.

Pet Eligibility

Memberships apply to one specific pet and are not transferable between pets or households.

Coat Condition

Membership services are intended for pets on a routine grooming schedule. If a pet arrives severely matted, additional grooming time or a shave-down may be required. Matting reset fees may apply and are not included in membership pricing.

Weight & Breed Adjustments

Membership pricing is based on pet size categories. Dogs over 100lbs may incur additional fees based on time and coat condition.

Behavior & Safety

For the safety of all animals and handlers, pets displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior may require additional handling fees or may be declined from the membership program.

Appointment Changes

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of that service for the month.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled after the 6-month minimum commitment by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Service Area

Membership services are available only within Heaven’s Luxury Pet Care approved service areas. Travel outside standard service zones may require additional travel fees.

Heaven’s Luxury Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a pet’s health, behavior, or condition presents a safety risk.

Membership terms, services, and pricing may be updated periodically to maintain service quality.

  • No. Membership services must be used within the month they are provided and do not roll over to the next month.

  • Memberships require a 6-month commitment and are intended to maintain a consistent grooming schedule.

    If a membership is canceled before the 6-month term is completed, the client will be responsible for paying the regular service price for any services already provided, minus payments already made toward the membership.

    Any remaining balance must be paid at the time of cancellation.

    If the membership was paid in full and the enrolled pet passes away during the membership period, the remaining unused services may either be:

    • transferred to another pet within the same household, or

    • reviewed for cancellation based on unused services.

  • Yes! We’re always expanding the library with fresh content, tools, and updates to keep your learning and inspiration going strong.

  • Membership services are designed for pets on a routine grooming schedule. If a pet arrives severely matted, a shave-down may be required and matting reset fees may apply.
